The Best Hair Products for Curly Hair

You guys probably don't know this but I have naturally curly hair. Usually when I'm taking blog photos, I style my hair with a hair straightener or curling iron. The majority of the week, I sport my natural curls. I've rounded up my top 3 products that I find work best for curly hair.

Top 3 Products for Curly Hair

The Best Hair Creme for Curly Hair

Moroccan Oil Curl Defining Cream

After I wash my hair, I towel dry my hair a little bit and then add about a quarter size amount of this to my hair. You might want to use a little less depending on your hair. I have lots of thick curly hair so I use a little bit more. I usually squeeze it into my hair, mostly on the ends. Depending on the day and the amount of time I have, I will either let it air dry or blow dry it using a diffuser. I find this cream really helps maximize my curls, and it doesn't hurt that it smells delicious too.

The best way to tame curly hair

Shu Uemura Essence Absolue Nourishing Protective Oil

This is a fairly new to me product, but I'm obsessed. Once my hair has dried, I squirt a little of this into my hands and distribute throughout my hair. It does a great job of taming any frizzy pieces, plus it also nourishes hair and protects it against UV damage. Another thing I really appreciate about this oil, is that is not super heavy and sticky.

How to get the most out of your curls

Bumble and Bumble BB Curl Conscious Reactivating Mist

This product is an oldie but a goodie. You really can't go wrong with any Bumble and Bumble products. This product is such a saviour! I find mid afternoon, early evening my curls start to fall flat. I just spritz this bad boy on, give my curls a few squeezes and they are back to life! This Reactivating mist is especially awesome for second day curls, after you have slept on them and they super wonky looking. This product is a tad on the pricier side, but it lasts a super long time.

Alright my curly haired friends, what products do you swear by? Let me know below. Happy tuesday!
