I got this tunic dress from Anthropologie months ago before Emery came. I picked it out because I thought it would work well for breastfeeding because of the buttons. This colour way is sold out but Anthropologie has it in another colour now. It's a great piece for layering in the winter but will also work come spring time.

This is the last of the Palm Springs photos. It's so nice to be able to take a break in the middle of winter & pull out some of my favourite summer pieces. This tank top was in constant rotation when I was pregnant (the back is stretchy jersey) & is still awesome postpartum. Sadly it is sold out, but this one is pretty similar. Also there is something so fun about wearing a poncho with fringe. The last time I wore this poncho, I was super pregnant.

When in Palm Springs, you must go visit The Parker Palm Springs. I stayed there a few years ago with my Mom & sister, and I have been obsessed ever since. This trip, I went to the hotel twice. The first day I went & had a massage at their spa, P.S.Y.C (read more about my Mom adventure here) & brunch at Norma's (I highly recommend the Norma's Eggs Benny). The hubby, Emery & I came back the next day to celebrate my birthday with brunch at Norma's again (hey you can never have to much brunch, especially at Norma's). This particular day was the day of the Palm Springs Film Festival, and we had heard a few rumours of some big name celebs that were going to be in town. While we were having brunch, Robert Duvall came in & had brunch behind us. It took us a few minutes to recognize him. After brunch we went exploring around the grounds & took these pictures. On the way out we walked by Norma's & I saw a large group of people eating, I thought to myself maybe some more celebs were eating. So I took another glance & thought I saw Reese Witherspoon, so I looked one more time & sure enough it was her. She looked cute & I believe her hubby was there with her. She was receiving an award at the festival that night. It was a pretty fun birthday! Have you ever had any encounters with celebs?
