Charlotte Tilbury Beauty

Charlotte Tilbury beauty

Charlotte Tilbury has to be one of the classiest & chicest beauty brands around. When it first launched in Canada, I was dying to try it out. It's available exclusively in-store at Holt Renfrew. It was founded by the talented make-up artist, Charlotte Tilbury. Her client list is insane, including Kate Moss, Amal Clooney & Natalie Portman (just to name a few).

I mean first up the packaging is so gorgeous, you can't go wrong with rose gold. Everyone is a sucker for cute packaging like me, right?

First up is probably my favourite out of the goodies I tested out, the Cheek to Chic blush in Love Glow. Personally my all time favourite blush is Orgasm by NARS, but this one has been taking it's place. It contains Light Flex Technology which helps capture light & re-emits it for a an extra glowing complexion.

When I'm doing my eye make-up, I'm usually drawn to neutral colors in brown tones. I have been using the Urban Decay in Naked Basics for awhile now. I was excited to use this Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette in The Golden Goddess for a change. What I really loved about is how shimmery they were, what girl doesn't love a little glitter? I also find it super helpful when all the work is done for you. All the colors go great together & I don't have to spend time trying to match anything.

I hate to say it but fall is around the corner. We all know classic red lip pairs perfect with all those Pumpkin Spice Lattes, haha! All jokes aside, this lipstick in Love Bite is a great shade for fall or just all year round. Her lipsticks have some crazy cool secret ingredient in them called the Lipstick Tree which is an anti-oxidant that protects them from external pollution & UV damage which an added bonus.

The Color Chameleon Eyeshadow pencil in Champagne Diamonds was a fun product to test out. This particular colour is suppose to be used mainly for blue eyes but I found it worked on my brown eyes. I mostly used it on the inner corner of my eyes for an extra pop.

Overall, I was definitely impressed by this line and it lives up to all the hype. Have you tried it out at all? Let me know!

Montana Summers

Anthropologie Kennedia Tank

If you follow me on Snapchat (kastlescamponi) or Instagram you know we spent the last week in Montana on a vacation with my husband's family. We all had lots of fun (especially all the little cousins) and enjoyed the Montana sunshine. We stayed in the perfect VRBO house in the valley surrounded by Mountains. I really wish we had taken more blog photos on our trip because it was just too beautiful.

Ripped denim

I was really pumped to finally pick up a new pair of jeans from Zara the other week. I normally don't find jeans there because I find that my hips aren't meant for them, so I was pleasantly surprised when these beauties worked out!

Anthropologie Kennedia Tank

I have posted pictures since I got my hair done by my talented sis-in-law. I have been wanting to cut it into a shorter lob for quite some time & add some balayage for the summer. She nailed it, yet again! If you live in the Edmonton area, you need to check her out at Kellie's Kuts & Kurls. My hair is a crazy, curly beast and she knows how to tame it & make it look good. Bonus, she's offering 10% off your first visit!

I have been living in this Kennedia tank from Anthropologie all summer long. It's cool, comfy, and has the prettiest details. Plus it's nice when you can just throw it on with a pair of jeans and still look put together with minimal effort. When you have a little toddler, that is always a bonus!

Have you been enjoying your summer so far? Let me know what you have been up to!

Shop Small- Baby

Baby leggings

Dressing a little girl is way too much fun! I know that one day she won't let me dress her anymore, so I have to take advantage of it while I can.

There are so many adorable baby lines out there, so I rounded up a few of my faves to share with you all.

Cute baby clothes

Cute baby leggings

* Above Details: Handmade knit sweater, Gap Tee, Rose Gold Mocassins c/o Mini Moc, Little Bow & Arrow Donut Leggings, Confetti the Unicorn BlaBla Dolls*

The Little Bow & Arrow shop was one of the very first small baby shops that I followed on Instagram when I was pregnant with Emery. I instantly fell in love with her donut print, I mean you can't go wrong with donuts! Plus I was eating donuts like crazy at that point, haha! What I especially love about her shop is that she designs her own prints, has them printed onto fabric & then sews all of her own garments. Besides these donut leggings, we also have an adorable Teddy Bear swing dress which Emery wore to meet Santa this past Christmas. I ordered her leggings in a size up, which meant they were a little long for her so I just rolled them up for awhile. This way she gets to wear them a bit longer!

Her face just gets me overtime. Also I love that she still has a tiny bit of her baby wrist rolls left, because she is growing way too fast!

Toddler girl dresses

Redfish Kids has the most amazing and unique dresses for little toddlers. They pay so much attention to detail. Emery is wearing the Party Dress in Geometric Floral. This style of dress you could size up a little because you can tighten it with the belt if it's a little bit too big. This way you can get more longevity out of the piece, which is always a bonus.

Best of toddler clothes

June and January baby clothes

I am pretty sure this girl is saying "Cheese!" in this photo. She must be use to getting her photo taken a lot or something, haha!

June and January baby clothes

June & January have the best basics in the prettiest colors & simple prints. Their fabrics are so soft and super flexible for all the running around & playing that toddlers tend to do. This stripe little tee is one of my favourite pieces in Emery's closet, and I love that if we have another babe that's a boy he can use it too.

Is there anything sweeter then a little baby girl and her Daddy? *Insert heart melting here*.

Now these last dresses are from an Instagram friend of mine Kneesocksandgoldilocks. She makes the most beautiful clothes for her children, mostly out of vintage fabrics and patterns. She doesn't have a shop per say, but she does have auctions on items her daughter has outgrown. All of the proceeds go to our local Food Bank which is awesome. You need to check out her page; her work, photos and children are so beautiful! You will leave with the biggest smile on your face!

I hope you have enjoyed just a few of my favourite baby shops. Let me know what your favourites are!
